i found checking in just seemed to be someone reeling off rules. this put a downer on the trip before i settled in. the rest of the staff did not.

the apartment was lovely and perfect for a relaxed stay. it was great for unwinding after a day of meetings and even allowed for some extra work. the resort's cat made unexpected appearances, a funny and charming bonus! i found parking plentiful, made coming and going very simple.

the cleanliness in some areas of the room could be improved.

the hotel provides proximity to town, easy to attend meetings. alton towers is approximately forty minutes away. the grounds are amazing and provide a serene environment. it is a quiet and secluded spot.

the recreational facilities impressed me. the heated pool was lovely and i found all the equipment needed for tennis, table tennis, mini golf and basketball. the convenience store had reasonable prices.

We booked a two bed apartment. a sofa bed was necessary for sleeping arrangements. the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The cross bars dug in.

the reception staff provided first class service. bathrooms included lots of hot water. the parking was convenient. wifi was available throughout the building.

the apartment lacked cleanliness upon arrival. i spent an hour cleaning the kitchen. food remains stuck to the cupboard handles. the worktop was smeared with dust.
